HOW TO LOSE FAT WITHOUT ANY WORKOUT

When someone asks me to prescribe the best ways to lose weight fast, i always offer a word "AWARENESS" first. While it’s certainly possible to lose weight at a rapid speed, it’s necessary to go about it in a feasible fashion; if you’re not careful, you’‘ll put it all back on faster than you took it off.

Reducing weight promptly is about working in conformity with what your body truly needs, and breaking yourself out of any stressful patterns or some food items that have steal your daily life. Instead of them you can start to develop a healthy habit.

If you can replace your food addiction to develop healthy habits you can even lose weight without doing any workout.

That may sound crazy!! Butit’s actually possible....

There are some easy things you can do to get your fat-burning motor all further.

1). SLEEP

We generally underestimate our high quality sleep which actually aids to help you lose weight without exercise. It is very helpful for you to reduce your fat if you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning. Your natural daily flow is probably the most important element of the health of your hormones and your body’s ability to lose weight.

2). MEDITATION

Stress will crash a body in no time at all.

If you want an immediate way to reduce weight without exercise, you need to find a stable stress management technique; time and time again, research shows meditation to be one of the best methods. The very first thing i do in the morning is meditating as soon as I wake up at 5:00 a.m. As we know that meditation calms our body down, and gives me an opportunity to visualize how we want to spend our day and what we want to create in our life.

Whatever you choose, make sure you allow yourself time to breathe deeply and find your inner still.

Meditation just not does this wonders for you mentally, it also cools the sympathetic nervous system, which is the fight-or-flight response that we want to eliminate.

3). APPRECIATION PRACTISE

Appreciation is the next step which we should follow. After meditating for 10-15 min we should sit aside and appreciate whatever we have got or whatever we have done in our life. Practicing appreciation can lead to amazing casual change which brings positive change in your life, so make some time to focus on the positive and your overdue weight won’t be far behind.

4). IMPROVE YOUR GUT

Studies have shown that pudgy people or overweight people have a different set or bacteria in their stomach as compared to a lean or healthy person. Keeping this in mind, you should aim to improve the quality of microorganisms in your gut, whether that’s eating more fester vegetables like broccoli or supplementing with a good-quality probiotic. It will be more helpful if you remove cereals as we know cereals cause a serious damage to the gut lining. This allows all sort of substance into your bloodstream and creates infection, which in turn makes you pack on the pounds. Once you heal your gut and start maintaining a healthy diet, the pounds will start melting off and you will reduce your weight without working out.

5). CONTRACT YOUR MUSCLES

You might not have ever heard of this final tip before, but give it a shot: whenever you sit down to eat, try to prepare your body to receive those nutrients by contracting your muscles for 30 sec. You’ll feel heat generating in your body, which means your muscles are initiating heat as a by-product. Your breathing will also increase. It may feel weird, but you’re essentially producing some of the same effectsyou’d experience during a workout. We know that the biggest meal of your day should come after your workout, and that’s because workout makes your muscles cells open up like a flower to the sun. This is exactly when you want to give them the nutrients they want. Eating at any time of the day increases the possibility that the nutrients you’re taking in will be stored anywhere in your body, like in your fat cells. If you don’t want that, so prevent it by turning your muscles on before eating, you’ll decrease the potential damage of whatever you’re sitting down to eat.

By adding these ways to lose weight without exercise into your daily routine, you’ll prepare your body for round-the-clock fat burning. And the best of all is you won’t even notice that those pounds are melting away.
